DENTURES
Lucitone 199 is the premium choice for both tissue and implant-supported full and partial dentures, offering outstanding esthetics, high impact resistance, and superb flexural strength. For the absolute best fitting denture we recommend he Success Injection System it combines the precision of high-pressure injection with the top performance of Lucitone® denture base materials. The result is a wide variety of dental appliances delivered with more consistency and greater accuracy than the standard compression molding technique. Injecting denture resin under continuous pressure fills all voids completely and compactly. The closed-flask injection significantly reduces the chance for change in vertical dimension of occlusion. This kind of precision means few, if any, occlusal processing errors for a great fit.
CAST FRAMES
We offer high quality cast frameworks such as Vitallium 2000 plus. Vitallium 2000 Plus is the premium partial denture alloy choice for the ultimate partial denture. With the highest tensile and yield strength of the Vitallium alloys, this special combination provides unprecedented fracture resistance and increased flexibility without deformation for a precise fit. The alloy adjusts like gold permitting predictable adjustments. Vitallium continues to be the industry leader by which all others compare themselves!
FLEXIBLES
We recommend Lucitone FRS Flexible Denture Resin it is a temporary thermoplastic injectable resin that offers customizable flexibility, high impact resistance and transparency, delivering esthetic removable partial dentures and clear or colored clasps. Monomer and metal-free they are available in original, light pink, light reddish pink, dark pink and clear shades. Add Thermoflex colored clasps for even better esthetics. If Valplast is your preffered flex partial we also do that. Many people consider a Valplast Flexible Partial to be the most comfortable option for their denture and the final restoration can be made quickly and precisely!
OTHER
We offer many types of Bruxism devices from soft to hard and combination of the two. But we recommend flexible CLEARsplint that is self adjusting.This superb accuracy permits the closest fit. A better fit reduces post- operative chair time. When fractured dentures need reinforcment there is nothing better than Preat fiber. Make it a Superdenture, ask us how.
SAME DAY SERVICE
Most all acrylic repairs and heat cured hard relines done same day if picked up before 10:00 am and delivered back to you by 4:30 pm.
Repairs requiring welding will require extra time.

WHO WE ARE
Established in 1958 as Gilbert Dental Lab, the name was changed to Chrome -Dent Dental Laboratory in 1976 by original owner Robert Amezquita. Chrome-Dent is a family owned and operated partial and denture lab in San Antonio, TX. Robert Amezquita, Certified Dental Technician, since 1991 had over 50 years of experience in the dental business. Erik Amezquita, his son, worked with him since 2000 and is a Certified Dental Technician. Erik graduated from U.T.S.A. with a B.S. in Biology. Erik, current owner, took over the business from his Father in 2011. At Chrome Dent we specialize in Dentures and Partials allowing us to focus solely on these areas. We have built relationships with many of our clients and have for decades.
We pride ourselves in our work and meticulous care is taken on each case in order to reduce the amount of time your patients spend in your chair. Time is important to our clients and we return cases in a timely matter. At Chrome Dent we only charge you for what you need, we are technicians not salesmen.
